I’m a dedicated and passionate San Francisco Bay Area-based design leader with vast design knowledge and hands-on skill — from brand identity, art direction, print collateral, web site and digital marketing creative to packaging, photography and copy writing. Clients and companies I’ve worked with span retail, fashion, beauty, advertising, finance and corporate.

My best work comes when I can gain a deep understanding of a business — its core reason for being, their customer, its goals — to bring a brand into focus. I’ve led and built teams and work well cross functionally. I enjoy working with people who are like-minded in their passion for great work, have a strong creative vision, and a serious focus on the details — and a sense of humor.

My clean design style incorporates my love of typography, vibrant imagery, white space and smart color. I became a designer because I've always had a love for drawing and color; but also an interest in human physiology and science. My dad was a professional photographer with a very crisp and dramatic compositional eye. I am a huge fan of illustration, art and books. My happiest moments, other than being near (or in) the ocean, are deep in the design process where I work to bring an idea to life.
